Pyarmor v9 means all the new features in the Pyarmor v9 (not include any Pyarmor v8 feature)

In order to get high performance after the scripts are obfuscated, Pyarmor v9 introduces several new scripts: MINI, RFT, VMC, ECC

Pyarmor v9 uses Project to manage all the scripts to handle the complex relations between modules and packages, so that the scripts could be reformed correctly
